What we collect

When you ask for a demo or a call back, we collect your name, Indian mobile number, whether you want a demo or have a question, and your permission to contact you about that request. We do not ask for an SMS code or create an app account for a contact request.

How we use it

The Tharasu AI team uses these details only to respond to your request. We do not use them for unrelated marketing or automatic WhatsApp messages.

Storage and access

Requests are stored securely and are available only to authorised members of the team. We may send the team an email or chat notification that a request has arrived.

Your shop data

Information you record inside the Tharasu AI app, such as bills, stock and customer accounts, is covered by the app’s own privacy information.
